This page explains which personal data we collect on this website, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and how to exercise your rights. This English version is a translation: the French version prevails.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is Camilia Ezzedine, a sole trader operating as Majestic Stay by Ezzedine (SIRET 931 664 486 00020), in Serris (77700), France.

Which data, what for, and for how long?
We only collect what you send us through our forms, and some technical data needed to keep the website secure.
Contact form and requests about a plan
- Data: first name, last name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, subject and message; for a plan, the plan concerned.
- Why: to reply to your request.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: 3 years from our last exchange.
Income estimator
- Data: your home’s details (town, type, capacity, main or second home, rental months), your first name, last name, email address and phone number, and the time slot when you would like a call back.
- Why: to email you the estimate and call you back to refine it.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: 3 years from our last exchange.
The estimate is an indicative calculation: it leads to no decision about you.
Stay requests
- Data: the type of request, your dates, the number of adults and children, the services you would like and your message, your first name, last name and email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
- Why: to reply to your request and organize your stay.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: 3 years from our last exchange.
Booking a phone call
- Data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the chosen time slot, your time zone, and the message you add (from the estimator, a summary of your estimate).
- Why: to arrange the call. Our booking tool, Cal.com, sends you the confirmation and the links to reschedule or cancel the call.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: 3 years from the call.
Website security
- Data: your IP address and the technical details of each request (browser, page requested, date and time).
- Why: to protect the forms against abuse (at most 5 submissions per IP address every 10 minutes) and to diagnose errors.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: 10 minutes for the submission counter; 24 hours at most for our host’s technical logs.
Conversations by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep our conversations for 3 years after the last contact. WhatsApp and Instagram process your messages under their own privacy rules.
Who receives your data?
Your data is intended for Camilia Ezzedine. It is never sold, rented or passed on.
The website relies on service providers (processors) that process it on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Vercel (United States): hosting of the website and its forms;
- Resend (United States): sending the emails related to your requests;
- Cal.com (United States): call booking;
- Google (Google Workspace and Gmail): the mailboxes that receive your requests;
- Iteru (France): development and maintenance of the website.
Some of these providers process your data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, for certified providers, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.
Only one cookie may be set: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose when it differs from your browser’s. It is deleted when you close your browser. As it is essential to that choice, it needs no consent.
The share buttons and the links to Instagram, WhatsApp or Cal.com are plain links: these services receive nothing until you click. If you book a call directly on Cal.com’s website, its own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it erased;
- restrict its use;
- object to its processing when it relies on our legitimate interest;
- receive it in a common format, to pass it on to another provider;
- set instructions for what happens to it after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to ezzedine@majesticstay.fr. We will reply within one month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to prove it.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Security
All exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Your requests are only accessible to Camilia Ezzedine and, for website maintenance, to Iteru. Our service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We will update this page if our processing changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
